The incoming tide creates spectacular motion washing in and out of the rocks, at Valla beach. I got wet taking this, had to walk through waist deep water to get the perfect composition.

and you managed it just great. The composition here IS outstanding. And in difficult conditions..that is plus for you! Sometimes getting wet is worth a try then

What I really like here is the formations of the water on the front and the creation of some small downfalls..

One suggestion however is that you could just lower down the EV values,maybe underexpose it a little. In my point of view that would have made the whole image perfect

Thank you, I wanted the most from the highlights so didn't want to lower the EV too much in this shot, but I see what you mean
