Very impressive long exposure shot. The colours are awesome!

Can you tell a bit more about the gear you used to get that shot? (Tripod, filters, exposure settings, camera, lens, I don't know what other element :p)

Canon 40D, Canon 10-22mm, circular polarized filter, 0.9 grad filter... Can't remember the exact exposure but around 1/5sec, f/16, ISO 100. Hope that helps :)
