Moo Cow Don't Bother Me by DrewHopper Moo Cow Don't Bother Me by DrewHopper
The countryside of Dorrigo, Australia NSW.

Something a bit different from what I'd usually shoot, thought I'd have a play with my new lens. This was my first real shoot with my new Canon 70-200 f/2.8 L USM. Not the best conditions, quite a bit of heat shimmer but I'm liking the new toy so far. Hope you enjoy.

Picture+title made me laugh a lot.
The alternation between bright and shady areas makes the landscape stand out, besides underlining the shape of hills (which is something I personally find very hard. Well I'm not a photographer!). The greens are wonderful, they convey a nice feeling of peacefulness (:
(I apologize for my english!)

i shot some photos of the country side over month ago and they all had dreadful haze, very hot day it was

Darn, everything I wanted to say has been said already. This is the kind of a scene I live for, hope to visit it someday. Our landscape is just ... flat. -_- And I live for misty mornings in the countryside, just like these or mistier.

It is the type of scene I'd prefer to shoot, and you've captured it brilliantly. I love the colours, the sweeping light, the lone moo in the foreground... lovely composition! :)
