What tool are you talking about? There are a number of ways of blending in photoshop..

Lol I'm a little new to the whole blending thing. I tried using one that kinda acted like the dodge and burn toold where it allow me to bleed through the base layer that's underneath the secondary layer. I found the tool difficult to work with. I was wondering what method your using. Like you said there's many way to do it just wondering which was is the easiest.

Nice leading lines. You're shooting full frame now aren't you? what lens are you using to get the sort of perspective?

Nah still 1.6x, 5D2 soon with 17-40L :)

So that's still with the EFS 10-22mm? I've got the 17-40mm and it doesn't seem to draw in that much on a cropped sensor. Yeah the mark II's have come down in price quite a bit recently (probably getting ready to release a mark III, 3D or something). I was going to get a 7D a few months ago until my laptop shat itself and had to prioritise my savings. Now I'm wondering whether to go to full frame once finances allow another purchase.

17-40 on full frame is the same as 10mm on 1.6 crop body.
